Well the party and craft exhibition went GREAT!
I was able to give all ten free door prizes away. I had some Jenga blocks that I up-cycled into photo holders: I used up some scraps and do-dads I had laying around in one of my collection trays.
My first visitor and customer was my neighbor across the hall who scooped up my little mini purse memory book!
I just realized, the night before the show, I added flowers on every page of the purse book, all matching the flowers already on the project in this photo. I had run out of glue dots, and they were very necessary for this item.
My second visitor was my downstairs neighbor (can you tell I hardly ever leave my neighborhood, and do not know a lot of people in my new state, which is why I was thankful that my friend Kim hosted it. She moved out to this state from the east as well, but 14 years ago (10 yrs ahead of me).
and the next 3 items out the door were:
The Tweenage Girl Locker Set
City of Lights Memoir Box
Silver & Black Memory Tin
...and the last of my visitors was our maintenance man...LOL...(I am new to this state and do not travel far, and have known this guy the longest). He purchased the lovely Black Dragonfly Jewelry Box for a gift to his daughter, and he also won the raffle prize!
Faux Gumball Machine cookie Jar, made by my boyfriend Derek Bohannon, and blinged out by me!
Congratulations to Dale!
I also know that this little tin went to a young lady I had just met...
...as did this mini-memory storage box and frame:
Thank you to all who spent the afternoon visiting with us!
